  1. Can I check in anytime?Our reception is open 24 hours. You can check in anytime after 2pm. 
  2. Can I check in before 14pm?This is subject to availability and may carry an extra fee depending on the check-in time.
  3. Can you look after the bags before the room is ready?Yes, we have a luggage room storage free of cost.
  4. My flight is in the evening. Can I leave my bags after check-out to pick them up later? Yes, we have bag storage facilities.
  5. Is Breakfast included in the price?Yes, breakfast is included.
  6. Do the rooms have a private toilet and shower?All rooms have their own private toilets and shower.
  7. Does the room have a work desk?Yes, all our rooms have a work desk.
  8. Is there a lift?Yes, we have a life reaching all floors.
  9. How far are you from Paddington station?The Hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from Paddington station. It is one stop away if you use the underground: Paddington-Bayswater. On the Circle/District Line.
  10. How far is this hotel from The Eventim Apollo?The Eventim is located in Hammersmith. It's about 20-25 minutes by the underground. 40 minutes by bus. We can arrange a taxi as well.
  11. Do you need a photo ID when check-in? You must provide a photo ID for the lead guest or more.
  12. Can I pay by credit or debit card? You can pay with any card.
  13. Are there refrigerators in rooms? All rooms come with a fridge cooler.

Complimentary early check-in, between 10 AM and 2 PM, is reserved solely for guests who make direct bookings with the hotel via email, phone, or the official website. Kindly be aware that this is subject to availability.

For those who have made reservations through third-party websites, a fee of £20 per person will be applicable.

Monday to Friday, 07:30 am to 09:30 am

Weekend and Public holidays 08:00 am to 10:00 am 

Flexible Rate: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in time at 14 pm for reservations made via the hotel website, over the phone, or by email directly at the hotel. 

Non-refundable Rate: Total amount to be charged upon making a reservation for non-refundable bookings.

Kindly be aware that the cancellation policy mentioned above is solely applicable to guests who make reservations directly with the hotel. Guests who book through OTA platforms like Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, or any third-party website should refer to the original booking source for information regarding cancellation policies.

Baby Cot 

We offer complimentary cots for children aged 0 - 2 years upon request. Please note that these cots are subject to availability and are limited to specific rooms. To ensure availability, kindly make a request in advance.

Subject to availability and seasonal rates, we provide the option of extra beds in specific rooms. If you would like an additional bed, please make a request; however, we cannot guarantee its availability. There may be charges associated with this service.

Kindly be aware that the hotel management maintains a strict policy against the use of offensive language directed at any of our staff members or guests. Any violation of this guideline will result in your immediate removal from the premises.
